North Wales Web Design
North Wales Web Design
North Wales Web Design as a keyword choice is important to some users. The search results for the first five pages or so contain relevant results, with various web designers advertising their services. Researching the SERP results using SEO optimized landing pages as ”bait” the results of the first two pages have been interesting.
Initially we wanted to draw a comparison between the keyword search tools results, the number of competitors and the initial result for starting off with the keyword choice, North Wales Web Design. Using both this domain, and writing an additional post on a different domain with a ”more related” url, we wanted to see the initial difference the different PR of the two pages will have.
This domain managed to obtain a page 4 SERP, but as Google sometimes deploy the Google Yo Yo Effect initially the domain has slipped to page 6 or 7. Searched from the UK of course.
The North Wales Web Design keyword landing page on the PR 0 page only managed to get up to page 10.
North Wales Web Design : Add Content, Optimize and Link
The process repeated on the North Wales SEO project, managed to drag the secondary domain (PR 0) within 5 positions of the higher ranked site (PR 3). The higher ranked site also didn’t lose position after the initial SERP. Replicating this process now as far as the keyword choice is NORTH WALES WEB DESIGN, and patiently waiting for the Yo YO to stop spinning, this additional page should at least get a basic taget placement if the decision is made to focus on these keywords.
Using the North Wales domain I can at a later stage effectively target web services like this. The issue of course is TIME. I don’t have enough.
North Wales Web Design : Service Site?
Is it worthwhile focusing on creating a service site for web design services in the North Wales region? The competitive nature of the specific market, although more limited than other areas in the UK, makes the cost per conversion rate improbable. Using the internet to market and complete transactions purely with an online portfolio will be near impossible.
Focusing on more niche markets will have a better result. For my vote then, I think it will be a waste of time to spend many hours on this, as I can’t see the fiscal benefit of chasing North Wales Web Design.
