WordPress Plugins
Add ons with plugins
The functionality of WordPress increases with every plugin you install. A plugin functions as a specific tool, function or expansion to your current website. These plugins are almost exlcusively developed free of charge. For instance, if you wish to add google analytics to your website, you would have to place the code on every page of your website. Although some software allow for this function to be semi-automated, it isn’t as easy as activating on WordPress. You can merely install a plugin, add your analytics code ONCE into the control panel and the plugin will place the code on every page of your website.
For the first directory website we have illustarted here, we have used various plugins. We will expand here and take a closer look at some of the plugins we have used on this site, as well as the first directory site we are showcasing.

The links to the seperate plugins are listed below. Where possible we have linked to the website of the author, not the wordpress listing.
