Web Marketing
Creating a web presence
It is one think to have a website, and completely another to have a website that works. Years of experiments with websites at different levels, training and online resources have taught us the most valuable aspect of the internet – traffic. A website designed by whomever, managed by whomever, will have no purpose unless the website attracts traffic. The traffic to your website can be generated in an organic (natural) way or you can use PPC (Pay per click). Of late, the buzz has all been about social networking. Clients expect to have a website, open a facebook account and away you go. It gets a little bit more complicated.
Marketing a website will have you stumbling across all the issues like link building, backlinks, ”follow” meta tags, email marketing, marketing ‘’secrets” scams and the rest. Of course going at it by yourself is fine, but you have to wade your way through all the obstacles. We provide an exciting new look at marketing and getting your website busy within weeks, rather than years. We address all your questions and you are welcome to bring any web url (web company address) of something that you have seen online. If we haven’t tried it before we will sign up there and then, becuase we think we have been on every different marketing scam site in the world. We will show you how to make your web presence count, creating the traffic you need to make your website work for you.
Marketing with Wordpress
Knowing the wrong ways to do it also means we know all the right ways. Marketing, and your web presence is in direct relation to the energy, effort and time you are willing to spend online. And of course your keywords and the competition in that field. We include this aspect of the internet in our Wordpress training package. You get the full benefit of the range of plugins available making your wordpress website the driving force of your web presence. All roads lead to – you and your website!
We have spent years in learning what we know, having used most of the ever increasing range of Wordpress plugins. Marketing your web presence is hard work, but the results are there to be achieved. When launching a new website we have managed to obtain as much as 7000 visitors per week after week 2. This takes two weeks of your life for two people, working in tandem and constantly following the set style and approach created uniquely for your website. Yes it is hard work, don’t be fooled. The fact however remains that you can teach this to people, and you don’t need to have any technical knowledge whatsoever.
We offer a marketing training course for users with Wordpress websites, or any type of web presence. If you want to increase your traffic, we can tell you how. We can also in some ways address marketing in a more generic internet approach. The difficulty is that the tools for managing a ”normal” website (html, css, php etc) can be spread over various third part websites, and all the control panels have seperate logins and it is just a bit more time consuming. Web marketing, social networking and creating a web presence in weeks. And of course the tools to maintain the presence.
Free Consultation – web marketing
Please contact us in the Application section to discuss any specifc training you would like to set up for we marketing. We can modify and change our delivery to address your needs specifically. Web marketing should be addressed in relation to the time you have to spend online. If you have no time, well, it becomes a lot more expensive. You are welcome to discuss your requirements with us and we can tailor an intensive package for you.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you do the three (3) day Wordpress course however. Not only will we address marketing from a generic web approach, we will include ”tools” to allow your website to perform some of these daily tasks for you. Having more direct control over your website reduces your costs because your ”web guy” would not be needed at all. You will need to pay for your domain name. And web hosting. And some of your own free time. **
** If you do not have the time to work on your own website, you will HAVE to spend money. Websites don’t work by themselves. And contractors (even on the web) do NOT work for free.
